Glad I was able to help out. Box color isn’t always bad thing, esp during times like this. But for the times that your color doesn’t work out, just be sure u know who to go to when u need a fixin:)

I have decided that when I get that itch to grab a box of color from the store, I should instead immediately reach for a phone and call Toni & Guy. I had a similar very bad boxed highlighting experience. I had one VERY bad bleached spot on the top of my head. It wasn't cute. While I continue to occasionally make the mistake of grabbing a regular box of color to get me by until my next appointment, I will NEVER again attempt my own highlights at home.
